SHP De-Registration Policy Announcement
A hold will be placed for students who do not make payment for the tuition and fees spring 2017 bill by January 24, 2017. Students who neglect to pay their bill or make an approved arrangement to pay by financial aid, installment plan, third party payment, remission, or other method will be dropped from their course(s) by February 7, 2017. Enrollment/Degree Verification Requests
The Rutgers School of Health Professions has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. All forms received will be forwarded directly to the National Student Clearinghouse for verification and processing. Please have your loan provider or employer directly contact the National Student Clearinghouse.

Rutgers University Transcript Application allows all current and former Rutgers students to submit requests for official transcripts online.
The documents may be picked up in person at your Registrar’s Office (65 Bergen Street – Room 149- Newark, NJ) or mailed to the address specified by requestor.
If your official transcript must be accompanied by a form (i.e. licensing verification or CAS forms -NCAS, AMCAS) you must submit your form separately to the Registrar’s Office and your transcript request through https://transcripts.rutgers.edu/transcripts/ your transcript and form will be mailed together.
Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery by mail; or 5 business days if you plan to pick up your transcript. You will be notified by email once your transcript is available or has been mailed.
