Graduate Admissions

Those interested in applying for one of SHP’s graduate programs should apply via the Graduate Application, except for the Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Physician Assistant and Dietetic Internship and MPH in PH Nutrition (common applications linked below). The Graduate Program Application fee is $70.00 (non-refundable) for the Physical Therapy and Physician Assistant programs. There is NO additional fee for the Dietetic Internship.

Physical Therapy Program

For the Doctor of Physical Therapy, apply via http://www.ptcas.org/home.aspx. October 1 is the application deadline.

Physician Assistant Program

For the MS Physician Assistant (does not include the 3+3 program), apply via CASPA at https://caspa.liaisoncas.com. Applications are available in mid-April. The application cycle for this Program closes on September 1 and has rolling admission.

Nutrition Programs

For all other SHP graduate programs, apply via the Graduate Application.
