Multi-I.D.E.A works to formulate ideas to promote awareness of diversity and inclusion in the world of health professions.

Our goal is to expand and encourage cultural competency in the workplace in cross-cultural situations. Competency requires values, principles and behaviors that will allow for an effective work environment, by being sensitive and aware of cultural differences. Aiding the future healthcare professionals to value diversity and create an inclusive environment with colleagues, patients, and other personnel, to collaborate effectively and respectfully in the future.

In addition, we are aiming to create a safe environment for students to express hardships, seek out support, and create a safe place for all.
