Desktop support
The Technology Services team provides support to faculty, staff, and students for issues related to hardware, software, peripherals, troubleshooting and related needs.
Audiovisual (AV) support
The Technology Services team provides robust audiovisual support ranging from day-to-day classroom and meeting support to design, implementation and event support.
Campus Support
The Technology Services team covers all SHP campuses. We have personnel on location, or travel to locations as needed. We also provide support for computer labs, network printing and classrooms.
Project support
The technology services team is also an integral part of most projects at SHP. We play a large part in renovation and new construction projects. Support provided includes needs assessments, technology design, audiovisual design and ongoing support.
CMS/LMS Support
The SHP instructional Technology team provides primary support for Canvas. The team assists faculty with course design, implementation, ongoing support, and online testing.
Learning Technologies
The Instructional Technology team assists in the evaluation of technology use in the classroom. Current and innovative solutions are evaluated and implemented to enhance the learning process
Graphic Design
Part of the responsibilities of the Instructional Technology team include graphic design for coursework, communications, marketing and research

Software Support
The SHP web development team provides device software support.
Website support
The SHP web development team provides website support. The team works closely with different stakeholders to make sure the school website is up and running. To report an error or request a change click here.
Web applications
The SHP web development team builds different applications to meet with day to day school requirements and provides support for the web applications.
For any requests for the trouble shooting, updates, or minor changes of your existing applications, please send email to shphelp@shp.rutgers.edu.
To request a new application or upgrade your application to a new version, please fill out the following online form here . Please note all requests are needed to go through Dean office approval process.
Space management
The facilities management team is responsible for the management of office space, classrooms, conference rooms, lab space and common areas. This covers all campuses
Furniture
Classroom, office and lab furniture is purchased and managed by this team
Repairs
The Facilities team makes every effort to keep all areas working in optimum condition. As repairs become necessary, they are managed in an efficient and timely manner. Coordination with Physical Plant for repairs are handled by this team
Renovations
This team plays a key role in facilities renovation projects.
