About
Sarah Patel joined the Rutgers Physician Assistant program faculty in January 2016. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, in 2008.
Ms. Patel went on to pursue a dual master’s degree at Philadelphia University, earning her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management in 2009 followed by her M.S in Physician Assistant Studies in 2011. She received her Doctor of Science in physician assistant studies in 2019. Her clinical experience includes Bariatric Surgery, Adolescent Medicine, and Gastroenterology. Dr. Patel currently serves as an adjunct faculty member of the Rutgers PA program.
