Extramural Incentive Program

Procurement assists departments and units throughout the University with the purchase of goods and services, including travel. They are also responsible for the payments for all purchases throughout the University. https://procurementservices.rutgers.edu/ 

Effective January 1,2022, the standard mileage rates for the use of a personal car (also vans, pickups or panel trucks) is:

  • $0.58.5 cents per mile for business miles driven
  • $0.18 cents per mile driven for medical or moving purposes
  • $0.14 cents per mile driven in service of charitable organizations (unchanged from 2021)
