Nutrition Sciences
Our clinical and preventive nutrition sciences programs offer exceptional education and research experiences for students that prepares them for careers as dietetic practitioners at all levels. Courses are offered in-person or online, supplemented with virtual live classes, or a combination of both.
Faculty members serve as role models in nutrition and dietetics education, practice, and research, while providing strong leadership and service to the profession.
Clinical and preventive nutrition sciences graduates learn the critical thinking and scientific skills needed for clinical nutrition and dietetics practice, management, research, and leadership to meet the challenges of the 21st century. They are fully prepared to make an impact on the health and wellness of others.
