About

Lisa Palladino Kim, is the Program Director and Lecturer at Rutgers School of Health Professions MS in Clinical Research Management (CRM) Program. Lisa’s love and experience with clinical research, training, and process improvement has led her to support SHP Methodology and Statistics Support Team (MSST) in pioneering the establishment of a Project Optimizer role, which will be a member of the faculty research and scholarship teams.
Lisa was nominated twice for the Rutgers Excellence in Teaching award. In addition, she created on-line educational material for the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE), which is endorsed by the American Council of Education (ACE), Newark, NJ. She has also been a key member of the RBHS Strategic Planning Education Sub-group, Global Health Seed Grant Proposal Program Rutgers Global Health Institute group, NJACTs Badging Taskforce, SHP e-Portfolio Taskforce, and SHP Committee on Faculty Development, just to name a few. She is the founder and lead of SHP Faculty Doctorate Initiative. She is also the founder of the CRM Network.
Lisa has 15 years of pharmaceutical expertise, with a concentration in Clinical Operations, which allowed her to gain experience leading career, policy, and process development initiatives. She performed the Drug Information Association (DIA) Annual Program Committee Co-Chair role for the Clinical Operations/Patient Engagement Program track, Professional and Student Poster events, and Young Professional programs. She has been a key contributor of the Regional Asia Clinical Trial Association Forum (REACTA), Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Content Committee, and the Multi-Regional Clinical Trial Center of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard (MRCT) Health Literacy workgroup, as well as their, Joint Task Force (JTF) for Clinical Trial Competency committee. Lisa co-Lead the MRCT JTF Clinical Project Management Competency workgroup. She even expanded her global experience by living in South Korea.
