Our Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Program is a 120 credit Bachelor of Science degree that prepares students as professionals who contribute to the health and well-being of all populations. Our graduates serve people of all ages who experience illness, disease, disability, disadvantages, trauma, and challenging life circumstances, helping them to adapt through participation in meaningful occupations.
Our B.S. in Psychiatric Rehabilitation (Solo degree) program prepares students to aid in the recovery of people living with mental illnesses. This degree completion program is geared towards students with an Associate degree in human services, health professions, or the arts and sciences. Students obtain their general education courses from their Associate’s program and complete their Bachelor degree credits at Rutgers University School of Health Professions.
Eligibility Criteria for an Instant Decision
- Minimum GPA
2.8 or higher – Occupational Therapy Assistant
2.5 or higher; 3.0 in Psychology Classes- Psychiatric Rehabilitation
- Anatomy & Physiology (4 credits) – OTA Program Only
- Meet all general education requirements
- Transcript of all colleges attended
