Mindfulness Art Tuesdays
Mindfulness Art Tuesdays brought SHP faculty and staff together throughout October and November for a midweek pause inspired by the Swedish concept of FIKA—taking time to step back, reconnect, and recharge. Across the series, participants explored watercolor, collage, and guided mindfulness prompts while building community through shared creative practice.
Now that the series has concluded, we’re excited to showcase the artwork, reflections, and moments that emerged from these sessions. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this a meaningful space for connection and well-being.
This program was made possible through the Joy at Work Mini-Grant Program, obtained by Dr. Rahul Mittal, Sharon Canavesio, and Dr. Karen Shapiro. Additional well-being offerings are in development, with opportunities planned both in person and virtually.
