There are four different updates for the website: error reporting, editing or updating content on an existing page, creating a new page, and faculty profile (Locator) updates.

Faculty: Please use this form to update your education, publications, research interests, professional achievements, grants, and Biosketch information. For updates to the contact info or title, please contact Lisa Hunt (huntlj@shp.rutgers.edu). To upload your headshot, email Marcomms (marcomms@shp.rutgers.edu).

Updates to any existing applications such as course descriptions must go through our Information Technology team. If you are looking to update a web address that starts with “http://apps.shp…” then you must submit change requests to the Application Team.

Photography/Video Permission: in order to take someone’s photograph and use it for Rutgers-related purposes, permission must be obtained through the Model Release form. Please note that if they are a minor or if there are any HIPPA considerations, there are additional forms/approval required.

Digital Asset Library: Browse thousands of Rutgers-related and general images approved for use in Rutgers communications. Rutgers faculty and staff can access the library using a NetID.
