New Certified Health Care Manager™ (CHM) Program Will Help Meet the Demands of a Changing Health Care Field

Responding to an urgent, growing need in the U.S. health care industry, Rutgers School of Health Professions and Rutgers School of Labor Relations Management are jointly launching a Certified Health Care Manager(TM) certificate program, beginning in February.The 30-module course, which will span three semesters, will train health care managers to better understand and work with the complicated requirements for measuring how care is being provided in a rapidly changing health care field. Learn more.

Director for Strategic Initiatives and Planning - Ms. Alexis Fulks

In her new role as the director of planning and strategic initiatives for SHP Alexis will oversee the day-to-day operations of high-priority projects/initiatives including the strategic plan, faculty development initiatives in collaboration with Dr. Ken Gill and the Dean's office, Interprofessional education initiatives in collaboration with Dr. Alma Merians and the Dean's office , the state authorization initiative in collaboration with Dr. Ann Tucker and Enrollment Services, and will serve as the liaison to Rutgers office of Governmental Relations.
