At the H.O.P.E. clinic, no patient is ever charged for the services they receive. By partnering with us through giving, you provide the resources necessary for a person without insurance to receive the primary care services they need.

Plainfield, New Jersey is a community with substantial health disparities. Nearly 25% of the population lives in poverty, 39% report not having a primary care physician, and 30% have no health insurance.
