Information Technology Resources

OTIFM provides support for University owned resources such as: desktop computers, laptops, printers, network printers, software, computer labs, mobile devices, campus network and wireless network access. We are your single point of contact for support related to the above.

OITFM provides classroom, meeting and event support. We install, maintain, setup and troubleshoot AV equipment in SHP owned spaces. Most classrooms and conference rooms already have equipment installed. Events outside of SHP spaces will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

OIIT provides desktop computers, laptops and desktop printers, based on school and department guidelines. Approval for specific technology needs can be addressed through your Department Chair. All equipment purchases must go through OIIT. Equipment is kept current through lifecycle updates. Technology needs for projects, grants and research: Please include OIIT in your planning phases. Often technology equipment and function are key components of projects and grants. Including us in your planning process will assist with the success of your project or grant. Liaison with other technological groups: OIIT is your point of contact to request services from other technological providers within and outside the University.
