  1. The Office of Enrollment Management and Student Success: Has administrative responsibility for offices providing services to support student recruitment, retention, and academic success.  Enrollment Management directs and participates in an array of activities for the purpose of actively identifying, recruiting, and enrolling qualified students. The Office of Enrollment Management and Student Success has the following units that collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other components of the University to create a student-centered, service-based, consumer-friendly enrollment and retention process.

  2. Admissions and Recruitment: The function of Admissions and Recruitment is to recruit and admit highly qualified applicants to the SHP undergraduate and graduate programs.  This includes working alongside Program Directors during the application and recruitment process, communicating to prospective students, and providing all pre-admissions documents such as criminal background checks, drug testing, requirements for graduation, and student essential functions.  
  3. Registrar’s Office: The function the Registrar’s Office is to coordinate course schedules, manage student registration and secure academic records from faculty.  This includes collecting grades, releasing transcripts, verifications, and ordering of diplomas for students in the School of Health Professions.  In addition, the Registrar’s Office serves as the official custodian of all student records.   
  4. Student Affairs: Student Affairs serves all Rutgers University School of Health Professions students by providing/connecting various student services offered here at SHP, RBHS or througout Rutgers University, designed to enhance the overall student experience while attending SHP as well as after graduation.
  5. Transfer Services:  The function of the transfer services unit is to manage all undergraduate pre-requisites, to evaluate general education course requirements, and to work with affiliate and partner schools to certify undergraduate core curriculum courses.  
  6. Student Success and The Educational Opportunity Fund Program:   The function of the Student Success and The Educational Opportunity Fund program is develop strategies aimed at student academic success.  These strategies include academic support services, student success workshops, tutoring services and test preparation for licensure exams.  Additionally, this unit works collaboratively with Program Directors and faculty student advisors to develop academic plans for students that support retention and student success.
