Submit Application

Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is delaying the start of the new Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene program, effective immediately.


For additional information regarding all SHP programs, please see the "Programs" link on the left.

Applicants to programs within the Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) must submit an application and appropriate fee to the Office of Enrollment Management and supplemental documentation in accordance with the requirements of the specific program. 

Applications may be submitted in advance of a program’s due date, however, applications will not be reviewed until the program director is ready to begin the review process.

Please follow instructions below for submitting an application in accordance with your applicant status.

Undergraduate Degree Programs

Undergraduate Program Application Fee: $75.00 non-refundable

Application Instructions

To apply for the first time, you must set up a new account and password.  You will also be prompted to create a PIN for access to your application account.  Please review the system requirements to complete the online application.  If you already have an application account, please return to the login screen for your application.  

Next, you must select the program term (for example fall 2017).  Only programs for the term selected will be listed.  The application must be fully completed and application fee paid (below are programs who do not pay a fee) in order to submit your online application.  If the application is not fully completed, it will be considered incomplete and therefore, not processed. 

Applicants applying to programs who do not pay an application fee must select no fee program.  

  • The programs below do not have an application fee as fee is charged by affiliate institution.
  • Occupational Therapy Assistant (non-affiliate applicants must pay the $75 application fee, Please see additional details below).
  • A.S. Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Please complete the online application ONLY if you are affiliated with a partner college listed below. The $75.00 application fee is waived for applicants affiliated with a partner college. All other applicants (non partner applicants) must submit a paper application and attach a $75.00 application fee.
