Peggy Swarbrick, PhD, FAOTA, works a half a day a week as an adjunct volunteer associate professor in the Rutgers - School of Health Professions, Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions. Dr Swarbrick is the Rutgers University Behavioral Healthcare Director of Practice Innovation and Wellness three and a half days a week. She also works part time as the Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey Wellness Institute Director. Dr Swarbrick earned a doctorate in Occupational Therapy from New York University. Dr Swarbrick has published and lectured on wellness, peer operated services, employment, recovery and many other related topics. She has been actively involved promoting wellness initiatives for adults, youth and caregivers.
