The Respiratory Therapy Program - South was established in 1985 in southern New Jersey. The Program at Rutgers - SHP is accredited by the the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC), and provides an exciting opportunity for graduates to begin a professional career in Respiratory Therapy at an advanced level.
The Southern New Jersey Respiratory Therapy AAS degree option is a joint venture with seven community colleges;Atlantic-Cape Community College, Burlington County College, Camden County College, Cumberland County College, Ocean County College, and Rowan College at Gloucester County, Salem Community College
Our Second Bachelor's Degree, for students who possess a Bachelors Degree from an accredited US College or University.
The School of Health Professions is located on on the Stratford campus at 40 East Laurel Road, just off of Route 30 (White Horse Pike) in Stratford, NJ. PATCO High Speed Line and Atlantic City Rail station is within walking distance. NJ Transit busses stop at campus as well.
